Poaching Cubs….

Once more, from the pen of Bagheera….
After a break for the Melbourne Cup, cubs was back on last Monday night, when we learnt a bit about the traditions of cub scouting. We poached game outside the hall while trying not to be ’shot’ by the gamekeepers, and we tried to answer questions about The Jungle Book. We then discussed different aspects of cub scout traditions with the leaders, and listened to Jack Slingo talk about his recent overseas travels as part of his Travellers Badge. Now we look forward to next week’s swimming night at the Monash Aquatic Centre.
